Vintage Pioneer TX-9800 Quartz Locked Stereo Tuner Excellent Working Conditionš„.I bought this from a friend who babied this over the years. It is from a non smoking no pet house.
I cleaned it thoroughly, particularly the buttons and dials withĀ electrical contact cleaner spray and air so there is no noise coming from the them.
It sounds very crisp, the tuner dial works perfectly, and all the buttons are in working order.
There is only one issue, which is the power button light. The light for the power button is dead. I didn't replace it because I didn't want to take apart the radio as it was never serviced before.
There are some minor cosmetic blemishes here and there due to its age.
